Guests generally find the cottage cosy, appreciating its comfortable beds and beautiful surroundings, with lovely walks and proximity to Kilve beach. The local pub is a highlight for dining. Some guests mentioned issues with maintenance and a musty smell, but these seem to be exceptions rather than the rule.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Most guests found the cottage clean and comfortable, though a few reported a musty smell and suggested a deeper clean for some kitchen items. The majority did not raise cleanliness as an issue.

The location is highly praised for its beautiful walks, proximity to the beach, and a welcoming local pub. The picturesque setting in a quaint village adds to the charm of the cottage's location.

Guests enjoy the comfortable beds and cosy atmosphere of the cottage. However, some noted the bathroom can be cold and suggested the provision of extra blankets for warmth.

Our clothes smelt musty when we got home. No toilet paper on arrival. The welcome pack was pathetic and the two tiny milk cartons were out of date The bath would not hold water this has previously been reported but not repaired. Very poor for the environment The bathroom was very cold at all time and the heater in effective. The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked. The TV is very small. A radio or better still a Bluetooth Speaker would be a good idea. A little attention and this cottage would get a much better rating.

It is such a lovely cosy place and the bed was very comfortable. There are lots of good walks and gorgeous scenery in the surrounding area too.

Keys unavailable on arrival. Property had a dreadfull smell of damp like a second hand shop or jumble sale. Cleanliness poor and maintenance poor. Very poor value - will never use again, suggest it is removed from site.
