Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty midway between Wells and Cheddar, Priddy is the highest village on top of the Mendip Hills and is an ideal base for walkers and nature lovers. Among the many places of interest to visit nearby are Cheddar Gorge and Caves, Wookey Hole and Wells, England's smallest city with its magnificent cathedral, shops and markets. Slightly further afield is Bath or Bristol for city style shopping. Bird watching, fishing, horse riding, golf, climbing and even pot holing can be accessed locally. It is conveniently located to explore the coastline of Somerset and beaches of Brean, Burnham on Sea and Weston super Mare. From the living space enter the double bedroom where you can sleep tight after a full day of exploring, with an en suite shower room with shower and WC. Your outside seating area is to the front of the cottage where you can enjoy views out over this quintessential village, complete with stone walls and a large village green, it is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee.
