No issues whatsoever with the property. However, I had a simple request to do with a possible delay to the day of arrival which turned into minor hassle due to Sykes procedures. I called to say I might be arriving the morning after the booked day & simply asked what collection arrangements would be if this was a reasonable time during the Sunday morning but before the 12 o'clock advertised opening time of the owners' adjacent pub. Given my booking actually started at 3pm the day before, I didn't appreciate being told by 1 of Sykes staff that they'd have to see 'if' I could collect the key before 12 the following day. It subsequently took nearly 2 weeks to get this resolved by which time I ended up booking somewhere on the Friday night to travel on the Saturday. Was told it was some sort of issue to do with releasing a contact 'phone number - a 'phone number's available on the pub website.
