Shepton Mallet, approx 3 miles, offers varied shops, restaurants, and the floodlit carnival in November. Within 3 miles of Royal Bath & West Showground, venue of many interesting events throughout the year. Cathedral city of Wells approx. 5 miles. Nearest beaches at Weston-super-Mare and Burnham-on-Sea, both approx 20 miles. Bus stop 2 miles. Train station 9 miles. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile.

This cottage is perfectly situated for visiting places like Wells and Glastonbury. It is unpretentious and secluded and fully met our needs. The owners had thoughtfully left lovely flowers, fruit & busicuits. We found our stay highly relaxing. We loved watching the wildlife.
