The Luxury Loft House is a stylish design-led barn conversion in an idyllic village location near Glastonbury in Somerset. This spacious and well-equipped barn conversion has everything you need in order to relax and get away from it all. Complete with massage room, sauna, steam room, hot tub, a private plunge pool (and shared access to another larger pool) you'll never be short of things to do. The property is beautifully designed and has all the mod cons. It's also perfect for entertaining and you can open up bifold doors out into the orchard to increase the sense of space. It's the perfect base for exploring the local countryside with numerous walks on your doorstep and pretty villages to visit. If you're looking for privacy the property isn't overlooked and has private parking spaces.

The space

This beautifully renovated New York loft house style barn conversion comes with everything you need for a retreat away from it all. All on one floor it includes a spacious open plan living area and kitchen which is perfect for entertaining. The living area has a pool table and large table which comfortably seats 16. The living area has a Smart TV with DVD player and comfortable sofas to relax on and watch a movie.

The property boasts a well-equipped kitchen including a fridge freezer, microwave and electric oven. The ground floor utility room houses a washer, dryer, separate WC and also acts as a boot room.

Upstairs the bedrooms are reached by an impressive feature stairway and gallery landing with a feature chandelier. There are four bedrooms with super king size zip-link beds that can be made into twins and all have en-suite walk-in shower room with basin and WC. A further two super king size zip-link beds can be found on the next floor with en-suites containing a shower over bath ideal for children. The property is child friendly and a travel cot and stair gates are available on request.

Guest access

Guests have access to the whole house and can be met by a member of the team on arrival. There is a large field that can be used for all sorts of activities from games to picnics.

Sustainability

The Luxury Loft House uses solar energy to power the central heating and hot water boiler. It also has its own private water source. If you would like to offset the carbon emissions from your trip get in touch and we can arrange this for a small fee.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you're legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

Security deposit: A refundable security deposit of £500 will be charged prior to check in and returned following your stay.
