Fantastic walks can be enjoyed from the doorstep, taking in ancient woodlands and nearby creeks. Newton Ferrers is less than 2 miles away and features a small harbour, great pubs and shops, and is ever popular among bird watchers and sailors. Consult the tide times and plan a walk across the River Yealm to Noss Mayo and take the two mile pretty stroll through the woodlands to Cellar Beach, where the dogs can stretch their legs. Hire local paddleboards (subject to availability) to take to the water and explore the coastal scenery from a different perspective. Further afield, head to some nearby beaches all within 10 miles including Wembury, Mothercombe and Wonwell. Enter this delightful barn from the rear via a couple of steps, where a warm welcome awaits. With a reverse style living layout, enter into the well equipped kitchen compromising an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Moving next door brings you into the lounge/dining area, with seating for all guests where you can spend your evening unwinding after a long day exploring.
