In the idyllic countryside beside an orchard in Sandford, Somerset, is Tremletts, a beautiful single-story lodge. This lodge is ideal for a family or group of six, and has everything you could possibly need inside as well as a stunning, custom decked area, which in the summer months features a fire pit. Private parking welcomes you when you arrive, before making your way into your home-from-home. This area will serve as your social hub throughout your stay due to its well-equipped kitchen where the group chef can prepare delectable dinners, a dining room where you can catch up and plan your days out, and a sitting area, perfect for cuddling up after a day of walking. From here, make your way to one of the three beautifully presented bedrooms as your eyelids start to get tired. Start your day in the morning by getting ready in the shower room, before heading outside to enjoy the decking with a cup of coffee in hand. You can also spend your evenings on the decking in the warmer months. Whatever the weather, Tremletts is a fantastic choice for a break with loved ones. Note: This property can be booked with Refs. 1112138 & 1119951, together sleeping up to 12 guests.
The village of Sandford lies in the county of Somerset, home to beautiful surrounding countryside and just lying on the outskirts of the magnificent Mendip Hills aonb. Home to one of the region's main cider producers, Thatchers Cider, it is a quaint village with just one pub The Railway Inn and a spar providing you with your essential amenities. By travelling a short distance to the coast you can visit the popular holiday destination of Weston-super-Mare for a classic seaside town experience where you can find a spectacular beach where you can enjoy watersports, donkey rides, or a stroll along the promenade. In contrast to this coastal scenery, take in the vast landscapes to be found in the Mendips where rocky outcrops, lakes, gorges, and sloping flower rich grasslands have been all been allowed to prosper in this protected area, unspoilt by human touch and home to some of the darkest skies in Britain for stargazing.
