This modern house was only completed in 2018, and offers all you need for a comfortable stay by the sea in Dorset. With three double en-suite bedrooms, one of which is downstairs, a fully equipped modern kitchen / dining room, with patio doors onto one of two outside garden areas, and extensive sea views and a airy lounge with viewing window, you are sure to be spoilt for choice from where to enjoy the view.  Located in a quiet residential area, you are only a short walk along the Rodwell Trail, in one direction leading to Weymouth, or in the other direction to Chesil Beach.  There are a number of small beaches within easy walking and exploring distance of Blue Horizons; think secret locations the locals love! Weymouth town centre and beach are a short drive away, and you will find all the amenities you need for a holiday in Dorset.  If exploring the Jurassic Coast line is your adventure of choice then Blue Horizons is ideally located for Portland, Chesil Beach, West Bay and Charminster to the West, and Ringstead, Kimmeridge, Lulworth and Durdle Door to the East.  Blue Horizons is an exceptional property that we are sure our Dream Cottages guests will love.

Accommodation:  Lounge with patio doors leading to the patio.  Kitchen/Diner with patio doors.  Cloakroom with toilet and hand basin. Bedroom 3, double sofa bed with ensuite shower, hand basin and toilet, this room can also be used as a day room. If you would like to use this room as a Day room please detail in booking notes, otherwise it will be made up as a bed.  Stairs to first floor.  Patio doors out to large glazed balcony with patio furniture.  Bedroom 1, kingsize double bed, ensuite with shower, hand basin and toilet.  Bedroom 2, twin single beds or a super kingsize double with ensuite shower, hand basin and toilet.

Additional services: WiFi. Gas central heating - underfloor on ground floor / radiators on first floor. Large flatscreen TV, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer. Dishwasher. Fridge/Freezer. CD music system.  Off road parking for one car, on road parking subject to availability. 

Please note this property is located next to a mature lawn green Bowling and Social club that can host day and evening events throughout the year.

The owners of Blue Horizons require a £200 refundable security deposit payable on booking. This will be refunded subject to a satisfactory check out within two weeks of your departure. Please note that if you are booking online within eight weeks of your holiday date the refundable security deposit will need to be taken in a separate transaction from your online booking and we shall ring / email you regarding this.
