Guests appreciate its proximity to beaches, central Weymouth, and local attractions. While some guests have raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance issues, the overall sentiment is positive, with many expressing a desire to revisit.

Cleanliness

Guests have mentioned concerns with cleaning standards, including the presence of dog hair and a general need for a more thorough clean. However, several reviews describe the cottage as clean and tidy, leading to a slightly above average score.

Location

The location is consistently highlighted as excellent, with its close proximity to beaches, the town centre, and quiet surroundings. It is considered a standout feature of Rose Cottage.

At the rear of the property there is also an enclosed decked patio area meaning you can sit outside and relax while enjoying the warm summer air. This really is a gem of a cottage.

The beautiful Nothe Gardens with views across Weymouth bay and over to the Isle of Portland and Nothe Fort are only a few minutes from the cottage. The coastal walks around the gardens are perfect for an afternoon stroll or family picnic.
