Located directly on the seafront this stunning first floor period apartment in Weymouth is close to Lodmoor Country park and is a wonderful holiday home.
Enjoy the breath-taking sea views from the comfort of the apartment. Through the bay window you can admire the various sunrises and sunsets or simply snuggle up with a book on the sofa. Drift off to sleep with that home-away-from-home feeling in front of the fire place.
Everything you could need to prepare and enjoy family meals are provided in the kitchen and open plan living area and diner. Take advantage of the separate bathroom to enjoy a long relaxing soak in the bath after the day’s activities whilst other family members use the en-suite shower room in the master king size bedroom.
Relax in the enclosed walled communal courtyard area or take a stroll along the esplanade towards Weymouth town where you can explore the shops or enjoy the old harbour and Nothe Fort and gardens. Further to East and popular amongst water sports enthusiasts is little coastal village of Preston and Bowleaze Cove.
If you are ready for a more challenging walk the South West Coast path goes along the esplanade, it will take you as far as Ringstead beach, Lulworth Cove and further. The unique Isle of Portland and Chesil beach is just a short drive away.
With everything on offer you will have a difficult job deciding what to do whist staying in this comfortable and stunning apartment by the sea.
Greenhill is Weymouth notorious for it’s many pretty pastel beach huts, well maintained gardens and pebbly beach that at lower tides leads to sand. The beach is often less busy than the main sandy Weymouth beach and so often popular with those who want a slightly quieter beach day. There are a choice of beach side café’s to choose from as well as a pitch and putt and tennis. There are many Georgian houses which front along the esplanade with extensive sea views and walking the esplanade day dreaming about the beautiful houses is a common past time. It’s a short 10-15-minute stroll from Greenhill into Weymouth main town centre, where you can find winding lanes with local independent shops for browsing as well as high street favourites. Greenhill is the ideal location for people want to be close to the centre without being in it.
