During our 3 nights stay we was awoken each night at half 3 by rowdy neighbours fighting and arguing in the nearby alleyway. We couldn’t keep the bedroom window open due to the smell of dog poo from the downstairs garden. Also any maintenance that needed doing should of been carried out prior to us stopping there rather than being bugged during the week being asked if someone could come around to work on the washing machine that we wasn’t gonna be used by us.

Property is fresh, clean and modern. Very pleased with the decor. Comfortable bed is always a bonus. Issues that mark the property down are amenities included that don’t work: Had Wi-Fi 2 nights out of 5 Washing machine does not work. Very limited cooking utensils and very poor kitchen lighting. Can’t use a dressing table with no stool. Few simple adjustments/maintenance would make this perfect. A pity the office asked if we needed to use the washing machine, when reporting it. If part of the amenities we are paying for the answer is obviously yes. Personally I would replace it with a dishwasher as guests would prefer to take washing home and not have to wash up every evening while on holiday.
