Needs updating and third bedroom down stairs needs a bed new mattress in main bedroom as very hard. Garden was really good and large and nice to sit outside. Furniture in the conservatory could do with some updating. Floor board as you walk into kitchen trip hazard as sticking up. But we still had a great time and would come again
