Renovated at the start of 2023. Accessible via stairs this third floor property offers a comfortable and bright holiday home for couples or a small family to enjoy.
The hallway leads to an open plan living area and through to the kitchen and diner, this apartment has been finished to a high standard. Prepare an enjoyable meal to enjoy with family at the dining table and then relax by the TV on two comfortable sofas looking back over the day’s adventures. The apartment offers two double bedrooms, the main being an excellent size and boasting stunning sea views towards Weymouth Bay. While the children sleep in the twin double room end your day by stargazing through the master double bedroom window before going to sleep. The bathroom comes complete with shower, toilet and hand basin.
The popular tourist areas of the Old Harbour and Brewers Quay, with a vast array of pubs and restaurants waiting for you to try their delicious trade, are within walking distance. Located close by is Newton's Cove with its rock pools to fascinate and entertain young children, a 15-minute walk will take you into Weymouth's town centre, the prestigious blue flag beach with its golden sands and numerous entertainment venues and high-street amenities.
The National Sailing Academy on the Isle of Portland is a short drive from Bayview. Within 5 miles you will find the picturesque village of Sutton Poyntz to the East and Langton Herring which is 4.5 miles to the West.
Other local attractions further East include the acclaimed Monkey World, Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door, they are easily accessible by car and make a great day out at any time of the year.

We loved the location and how modern the apartment was, with our highlight being waking up with the sea view so would absolutely consider booking again, however⦠⦠when we arrived we found menâs boxers in the drawers from whoever had stayed previously, black mould in the rubber ring around the washing machine so spent the week hand washing my 2 months old clothes and the microwave was dirty/unsafe to use as the paint was peeling off on the inside exposing the metal- if these issues werenât a problem I would rate the stay 8/10 - reason for not being 10/10 was due to the amount of stairs we had to climb to get to the loft

It was very clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space for a family of 3 or 4. The kitchen is very well equipped. Wonderful view from the main bedroom. We also liked the location. It's in a quiet area but it's an easy walk to the harbour and the main beach, as well as Sandsfoot castle and the beaches there, which were great for rock pooling! There is a great fish and chip shop and a Co-op grocery store a short walk away. Overall we had a fantastic time in Weymouth and are very happy to recommend Bayview Loft.

It was our first holiday as a couple but our 6th time coming to Weymouth. The apartment and location was perfect. On the 3rd day the steps up to the apartment felt like nothing. It took us 25 minutes to walk from the apartment and set up on the beach outside M&S! The only thing I felt was missing was somewhere for me to sit and get ready. I had to sit on the floor which is fine but not ideal. Itâs bright and airy which was a relief. We would definitely re book
