On your doorstep is the scenic Dorset coast, stretching either side of the Georgian seaside resort of Weymouth, on your west to Abbotsbury, West Bay, Bridport and Lyme Regis and to the east Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. A lovely cottage in a lovely location with friendly and helpful hosts. Everything was very clean and the cake, wine , milk and basket with tea bags, coffee bags and sugar cubes was much appreciated. The garden was lovely and the patio outside was lit up at night.The local pub was friendly and a great place to eat. It is popular with the locals so we would recommend booking if you can. Despite not booking on our last night we were able to eat in the pub garden.The scenery is spectacular on the island and there is a bus stop within a few minutes walk.

A superb, well appointed cottage ideal for two people. Has the additional advantage of a beautiful garden providing the perfect setting for al fresco dining. All situated on the ground floor which is ideal for anyone with limited mobility. The owners are most helpful and welcoming and, although living on site, are very discreet. Would highly recommend.
