Snaptrip says

Guests appreciate the property's prime location, with easy access to local attractions, regular buses, and lovely walks. The apartment offers a comfortable stay and responsive owners who address issues promptly. Views from the property are enjoyed, and thoughtful touches like biscuits and tea on arrival are mentioned.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The interior of the apartment is generally found to be fine, with no specific complaints about cleanliness inside. However, comments about the exterior needing paint and cleaning suggest room for improvement.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to local amenities, scenic walks, and regular buses. The nearby coffee house, restaurant, and pub are appreciated for their great food.

The apartment is described as a comfortable place to stay. However, there are complaints about uncomfortable beds and mattresses needing replacement, which affects the comfort score.

Several reviews mention issues with slow-draining sinks and showers, and difficulty with parking space allocation. There are also comments about the need for sharper knives and better maintenance of the ensuite facilities.

While guests mention receiving biscuits and tea upon arrival, as these gifts are not consistently referenced across the reviews, it is not possible to accurately score thoughtfulness. Therefore, it is politely noted that such gestures are not guaranteed.

The apartment was fine but the exterior of the building needs to be painted and generally cleaned. The paint was peeling and mouldy in places. Two comments really, the inside was fine but the outside left a lot to be desired.

Had a problem getting the key to the property as I was sent the wrong code twice before I got there, then when I spoke to maintenance, I was given two more codes to use! Eventually one worked. There was a space for parking, but the numbers for the spaces are very random and not near the corresponding apartment!

Really bad issues with parking - could hardly ever use the space with others already in it or parked over the lines! Towel rail rusty in ensuite (let the bathroom down). We couldn't get in as keys were not in lock box safe when we arrived, but Sykes sorted it for us.
