If you are looking for a place to sit back and unwind this is the place for you . We spent five days here and the first day we didn't move off of the veranda it was so peaceful and relaxing . Plenty of places to visit but sitting by the pond was our favourite place to be .

Willow Lodge is a serene and tranquil haven set in the middle of the glorious Dorset countryside. It was like your very own nature reserve with the pond and reeds surrounding Willow Lodge playing host to a myriad of wildlife which entertained and mesmorised you whatever the time of day. The Lodge itself has been beautiful furnished and decorated to a luxurious standard and has everything you need to give you the perfect holiday. Sarah the host was exceptional, informative and very friendly which complimented the wonderful Willow Lodge perfectly. We travelled to the coast most days, which was about 40mins away and always enjoyed the drive back knowing we were going to spend the evening on the decking overlooking all the delights nature can offer in the special surroundings of Willow Lodge.

A lovely peaceful location in a great setting in a very clean and well equipped house, great friendly hosts; It was a very hot week and great to sit on the veranda mornings and evenings watching the wildlife. We have already recommended Willow lodge to friends.Our only small mention would be for insect/fly screens or curtains on the other windows, yes it is the countryside but on hot weeks to get cool with the doors and windows open, there were far too many buzzing around you at night time to sleep well.
