An impressive oak framed four bedroom eco-house with a one bedroom guest lodge, designed by award-winning architects, Everdene is set in open countryside a few miles south of the ancient market town of Sherborne. Wonderfully located on Bailey Ridge and surrounded by ancient pasture fields and woodland, Everdene enjoys extensive westerly views over the beautiful Blackmore Vale.

In Everdene House, on the ground floor is an open-plan family room with wood burning stove, dining room with seating for up to 10 guests and a fully equipped kitchen with views over the landscaped garden. Adjoining the kitchen is a utility room, boot room and walk in larder. You will find a separate sitting room with wood burning stove which is perfect for all the family to gather together, plus a separate cloakroom and a study/library. There are four bedrooms on the first floor; a master bedroom suite with a separate dressing room and generous shower room accessed by its own curved staircase, another spacious bedroom with floor to ceiling height windows plus an en-suite shower room, two further well appointed bedrooms with rural views, and a family bathroom with a feature bath and separate walk-in shower enclosure.

Adjacent to the main house is Everdene Lodge. This beautiful, timber clad property comprises of an open-plan sitting, dining and kitchen area. Adjoining the open-plan living area is a bedroom with super-king size bed and en-suite shower room. The rooms with exposed beams are beautifully decorated throughout. The sitting area with a wood burning stove, has a gorgeous floor to ceiling window offering splendid views of the Dorset countryside.
