Take a walk directly from the estate to the Axmouth to Lyme Regis Undercliffs National Nature Reserve, where there is a plethora of wildlife. Being only a short distance from the Jurassic Coast, there is no shortage of stunning scenery and wonderful walks, as well as a beach for use solely by the Rousdon Estate. Take a trip to the charming cobbled streets of Lyme Regis, where you can wander through the galleries and visit the historic Cobb before testing out one of the many cafe s and eateries. Also, nearby is the seaside village of Beer and towns of Seaton and Sidmouth, or why not explore one of the numerous National Trust properties that are easily accessible by car. Direct access to the South West Coast Path and within easy reach of Seaton Wetlands Bird Reserves. Children will love the numerous beaches along this coast or having fun at the many attractions on offer Pecorama, Seaton Trams or Dinosaurland Fossil Museum all offer great days out. A large lawn extends from here with glimpses over the Exe Valley from the end. For the younger members of the group there is a tree swing available and plenty of space to run off that extra energy.
