Enter into a stunning sitting area, with a seaside blue theme, paintings and ornaments to make you feel at home, high ceilings and large windows opening up onto a balcony letting seas of natural light, making this a spacious, airy and great social space for any family staying within the property. Firstly, you will be drawn to the blue sofas of the sitting area, enjoying a seaside view with a cup of tea, or why not head out onto the balcony for breakfast in the fresh salty air? An open archway leads you to a dining table, where you will have easy access to a well fitted kitchen, with a contemporary design and great use of space, a perfect spot for the designated chef to cook up a storm or baking for the whole family. The parking space is not clearly marked. We found the facilities and maintenance very disappointing - the apartment was not very clean, decoration was in need of updating, the beds were not very comfortable (double bed is very small), the fridge not very efficient at keeping food fresh and the balcony has weeds and rusty rails so not a pleasant area to sit out on. The block of 6 flats was not much occupied which was good as they are not very well soundproofed and have signs to that effect inside the apartment. It is in a very quiet location apart from the seagulls who live on top of the roof and make a noise 24 hours a day! We enjoyed our time in the town but unfortunately would not recommend this as a good holiday let - having spent five months on the road in various places this was the most disappointing of our accommodations.
