Close to the Jurassic coast and the bustling town of Lyme Regis, there will be plenty of activities just a short drive from the property. Approach this historic barn, converted tastefully to make a wonderful holiday home and utilise the off-road parking to unpack with ease. An open-plan living area with traditional roof beams bringing a feel of a seaside cottage and the addition of French windows to draw light into the space. Settle down with a coffee in the homely sofas provided, or head over to the spacious kitchen where you will be able to create a masterpiece using the amenities of offer, before presenting it on the central wooden dining table. As the evening wears on, you will find a place to rest in one of the two bedrooms on offer; a kingsize with a stone wall painted blue to remind you how close to the beach you are and a more muted double bedroom with vintage furniture and relaxing white and grey décor, both with roofbeams and within close range of the bathroom where you can enjoy a soak amongst the bubbles.

Plenty of space for the 2 of us and our dog. Clean and tidy and plenty of equipment in the kitchen with an open plan lounge. Rousdon is a wonderful Estate which is quiet and relaxing. Lots of places to visit nearby too. Visited a few different beaches all only a few miles away. Lots of lovely walks to take our dog too.
