Only concern is level of noise through access door to upstairs flat.

We rented this for a few days in addition to the upstairs. This enabled us to have a wonderful stay with the family. The view is fantastic and the access direct to the front is really useful be it for the beach or restaurants and pubs by the Cobb. Having booked both properties owned by the owners over the years it is lovely to see additional features each visit.

We stay in lyme regis every year, so know the town and area well. The property is well presented and all in very good condition. We enjoyed having access to both marine parade and the short cut through to Broad Street. We did find the wifi access very frustrating at times and having stayed in other properties on marine parade know that it can be significantly better. I would very much encourage that the owner strongly considers purchasing a booster as opposed to relying on the wifi box in 3 beachway house as providing sufficiently strong wifi signal. I hasten to add that we did not have strong demands on the Internet, but when we did need to use it, the access could not be relied upon.
