Two sofas entice you to recline with a coffee as you plan your day, meanwhile the designated chef will be delighted to find an amply fitted kitchen with enough space for social cooking, and due to the open-plan nature of the living area, the chef will never be isolated from the group, and a central wooden dining table is the perfect place to enjoy a heart-warming meal and admire the view. When sleep calls, there are two bedrooms to chose from, making this property great for a family or two couples, with a king-size room that sorts fresh décor and a relaxing view to the bay, along with a beautiful painting of the ocean, and of course a handy en-suite. A second room can be set up as either a twin or a king-size, also with great views and great storage. When you need to shake the sand from your hair, the bathroom offers a relaxing soak. Outside, a stunning rear sitting area creates a sunny space for you to relax with a glass of your favourite beverage in hand.

The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. Main access to the property is from Broad Street down a private path starting besides the 'Galley Café'.

The flat is not suitable for people with mobility issues because of the uneven path from Broad Street and the steep and uneven steps down the secret passage way to the beach.
