The lodge was perfect for us and the indoor pool was amazing. Happy and friendly staff on site and location was only a short drive to beaches and local amenities. Only downside to the property was the mattress which was to soft for me.

Positive points. very clean and modern. Kitchen facilities very good, location good. Negative points. Nowhere for my wife to do her hair etc. Not big enough. Certainly not big enough for 4 as there were only 3 seats in the living room. TV gave us neck ache as it was so high up on the wall and the furniture very low. The mattress urgently needs changing, we complained on the Monday and received a topper on the Wednesday. 24hours to fluff etc so not used until Thursday, better but still could feel the springs. Be aware the bed is also very low. Not suitable for old people to get in and out.

The cabin and site are just as pictured and the cabin is well stocked and maintained, it was also very clean. The pool is a stones throw away, the kids loved the warm indoor pool, the outdoor pool was refreshing and the sun loungers were perfect on sunny days. There are swings for smaller kids and there's grass right outside for the children to play on which was great for us. The only downsides I would note are that the cabin could benefit from proper curtains in the 2 bedrooms, the paper style blinds keep no light out so made for early wake ups and the 'double' bed is small with a very soft (although not old) mattress, my husband could feel the springs and didn't sleep well.
