We frequent Lyme Regis and knew the building before booking, so we knew what to expect from the outside . At the end of the day it was built in the 1800s, but once inside Wow ! Very homely, cosy and well equipped accommodation. The occupants in the flat above and ourselves kept the main front door secured which was reassuring. Parking was an extra expense that we didn’t bargain for when we booked but I rented a driveway just up the hill for much less than the car park and the owner kept an eye on our cars. We loved our stay the location is superb. We hope to return in the future . Many thanks Jan Johnson

We loved it just as much as last time. The location is the really big win. With small kids we could be back from the beach in no time and then be right back out into the next activity. The state of the building as others have mentioned does need some work but once you are in the flat you are none the wiser and totally secure.

This is a lovely place, great location and lots of space. The not so good. Mattress on the master bed room bed is shocking. It was pretty much unsleepable and often resulted on us sleeping on the sofa's. It needs a change. Noisy as most morning tricks are up and down the lane outside from early and the master bedroom is over the street. I love seagulls but the beep beep beep of reversing vehicles not so much. It's a bit tired and needs some love, but it's all aesthetic Parking is expensive at about £100 for the week
