Nestling in an unspoilt valley between Bridport and Lyme Regis, 1 mile north of the small village of Chideock and 2 miles from the stunning World Heritage Jurassic Coastline. Venn Orchard is in a superb scenic countryside setting and yet is ideal for exploring the best of west Dorset. Situated on a working farm for sheep and horses, this single-storey cottage is dog friendly and in a great location for dog walking. it also has use of a games room with table tennis, pool table and table football.
The tranquil setting is ideal for country walking and within easy driving of scenic coastal walking, fishing, boating, golf and fossil hunting. All along the coast are many little seaside resorts to enjoy. In particular Westbay, scene of the TV series ‘Broadchurch’, and not to be missed the picturesque Lyme Regis where you can walk along the famous Cob. There are many family attractions for days out, such as Donkey World at Sidmouth, Forde Abbey and Gardens for a historic treat, Pecorama at Beer, and Abbotsbury Swannery and Tropical Gardens. On your return, enjoy a barbecue in the idyllic setting of Venn Farm. Beach 2 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
