Nice balcony with great view of harbour (perfect for morning coffee and chats with passers-by), allocated parking space, clean & smart looking, spacious sitting room, good kitchen. Could do with net curtains to give more privacy in sitting room when guests are breakfasting in their 'jammies' and want to enjoy the view. Bedroom windows are worn & difficult to open - there is a risk that if they are opened, it would not be possible to close them again. Good wardrobe space but no dressing tables or shelves with mirror. No drawer space in second bedroom. Sofas - as others have noted - one is particularly uncomfortable and in need of replacement, the other is also quite hard and rather low. Scatter cushions are 'leaking' feathers everywhere. The hall rug (as others have noted) slips and rucks up. A trip hazard. Main bathroom: As guests have varying degrees of mobility and agility, a grab rail by the bath and a rubber bath mat would add to safety. There is no shower curtain to prevent water splashing on the floor (slip hazard) from the shower fixing. Ensuite shower cubicle has very smooth base and is treacherously slippery - a rubber bath mat would be helpful here too. Nowhere to hang clothes when showering. Could hooks be provided in both the shower room and bathroom. The fire instructions are too long and too generic and unlikely to be fully read by guests. Recommend they are reviewed, shortened and simplified to make clear the essential information specific to this flat (location of fire alarms, assembly points etc) and posted on a wall as well as in the folder.

Very nice location. I liked very much a blue bench in the balcony. Really happy with my choice

Amenities have been improved. Very conveniently located with excellent views of the marina. My only negative comment is about broadband/wifi being "very" poor. My spouse needed to work-from-home but we had to return 3 days early as wifi could not even handle more than one mobile phone. As mobile reception is patchy in the area, using our data wasn't possible either.
