The charming village is surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside and has a bustling centre, which includes a bike hire shop, galleries, artisan makers, a popular pub and tea rooms. The market town of Bridport (1.5 miles) is easily accessible and has a good range of shops, selling everything from essential supplies to vintage treasures. From here, you can easily head to the coast. Visit West Bay (3 miles), where there is a pretty harbour and pebble beach backed by striking cliffs. With the Jurassic Coast close by, there are many other attractions within 10 miles including Eype, the pretty cobbled streets of Lyme Regis and Abbotsbury with its sub tropical gardens and swannery. Positioned within a tranquil paddock alongside three other bell tents, this romantic retreat is the ideal place to truly relax and unwind. Accessed on foot, once at your tent, you will find an inviting living space that has been equipped with a king size bed with bathrobes supplied, as well as plenty of thoughtful touches to make this a rustic home from home. There is a kettle and mini fridge for your essential supplies as well as seating for two. Your own private shower with WC can be found in an on site shepherd s hut and there are shared washing up facilities here too. Take your chairs out to the front of the tent, where there is a clearing for you to sit and enjoy stargazing or cook a light meal on the fire pit. Parking is available in a shared car park approx. 100m from the property and drop off is possible along an access path alongside the tents. Need to know: 1 bedroom king size. 1 private shower and WC within a shared shepherd s hut. Mini fridge, kettle and fire pit/charcoal BBQ, shared washing up area. Shared car park approx. 100m.
