The village of Eype sits beneath the towering peak of Golden Cap and offers breathtaking views and stunning sunsets over Lyme Regis. There is a shop, popular pub and tea rooms or head inland to the many local towns and villages, including Bridport, for further amenities. Eype Beach is a haven for your four-legged friends all year round and there are a number of fantastic walking routes weaving through the local area. Why not try your hand at fossil hunting too and seek out some natural treasures along this fascinating coastline.

Once inside the single-storey property, you will find a light and bright open-plan living/dining room, with space to dine in comfort before settling down on the inviting sofas in front of your favourite shows. Enjoy the sea glimpses from the French doors while relaxing on the sofa. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. The two pretty bedrooms are both furnished with super-king-size zip-and-link beds (which each can be arranged as a twin on request). The tranquil colour schemes in the property, incorporated by days spent beside the sea are sure to help aid a restful night's sleep here. The bedrooms share the stylish bathroom, with shower over bath and WC. There is a separate WC with a washer/dryer.

Heading outside, you will find a fantastic enclosed decked area, complete with garden furniture and gas BBQ. This little haven is the perfect spot to enjoy meals outdoors or perhaps simply sit down and relax on a sun lounger and with your four-legged friend close by.
