This converted stone barn is located 0.5 miles from the village of Askerswell and is accessed via a private drive. Due to the location of the property being on an incline, the views are spectacular of the rolling fields and holiday makers staying in this accommodation have access to well stocked coarse fishing ponds on site and the surrounding countryside with some stunning walks. Located 5 miles from the property is the town of Bridport, home to West Bay working fishing harbour. Stroll around the harbour and witness the colourful fishing boats and daily work of the fishermen or relax in one of the many cafes and watch the world go by. Palmer s Brewery is also located in Bridport, and here you can have a guided tour around a working brewery, try some samples and purchase the finished product from the on site shop. Upon entering the property through the hall/utility room, you will notice a convenient downstairs WC; moving through to the well equipped kitchen which comprises of a cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher all the home comforts you could possibly need for preparing meals. There is ample parking available. Please note, this accommodation adjoins another holiday property which can be booked together. If required, there is also a further self contained flat sleeping two in the owner s modern farmhouse adjacent. In total, the two barns plus the flat can accommodate up to 12 people plus two cots.
