Back at the single-storey property, the accommodation is modern and bright, opening onto a shared courtyard and lawn with BBQ for those balmy summer evenings.

Rustle up tasty meals for two in the delightful modern kitchen, which together with a modern shower room is separate from the rest of the accommodation. Dine at the round table for two before settling down on the inviting sofa to enjoy a cosy evening in front of the Smart TV. When it’s time for bed, sink into the double bed. In the morning, enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun on the shared courtyard or lawn, or take a romantic stroll around the lakes. Sidmouth (20 miles), Seaton (11.5 miles) and the old fishing village of Beer (13 miles) are a short drive away, while heading inland the Blackdown Hills (12 miles) offer spectacular walks with breathtaking elevated views.
