This architect designed house has something for everyone with a family games room that has a 75 inch TV and new games table, a generous sitting and television room with bi-folding doors and views down to the beach. The open-plan kitchen with island and breakfast bar includes a large dining area for 12 guests and a cosy sitting area with television providing space for relaxing, entertaining or gathering friends and family together.
There is a generous ground floor king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a spacious utility room and a stylish cloakroom with shower completing the ground floor accommodation.
