A lovely cottage in a good location. A few minutes walk into Holt and footpath from the garden to Spout Hills and on through woods and fields. Short drive to Cley and Blakeney. The cottage itself was clean and comfortable with all the equipment needed to rustle up meals if required. The generous garden was tidy and fully enclosed, perfect for the dog to have a run around. Whilst I was there the aircraft from Marham were busy so there was a bit of noise but you soon got used to it. A thoroughly enjoyable stay, thank you. I look forward to a return visit.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! Beautiful home from home. Very comfy beds. Great garden. Good WiFi. Lovely finishing touches and thoughtful elements. The kids had great fun exploring games. Couple of mins walk to Holt centre with local shops, cafes and a budgens which did us for most things! Would recommend!
