A great park a d we had a great time thankyou

Grotty, damp and dirty.When we arrived it was not very clean, in spite of not being able to go in until 5pm due to the extra cleaning' they were doing. The main surfaces were ok but that was it. The toilet smelled of impatience. The overall condition was poor with many bits of 'trim' either falling off or missing. Many of the vinyl edges of tables etc. were peeling off. The carpet had stains, as did the furniture. When we stripped the beds at the end one of the pillows and mattresses had black mildew type marks on them. Yuck.Black mildew marks were prevalent throughout the caravan. It clearly has not had a deep clean for a long time.Various radiator controls were falling off.The oven shelf did not fit properly and kept falling down.The oven door was missing the top seal and therefore did not retain the heat or cook properly (which we only realised once some food came out still cold after the required cooking time). Not safe if you are trying to cook chicken!!The 'shelf' under the kitchen sink was just a piece of hardboard that was not sealed. It stank of damp.The Internet was awful - I don't mean that I could not stream movies (which is fair enough) but that simple web pages would either take forever or not open. Which is inconvenient as most of the activities were supposed to be booked from the comfort of your caravan. Which was generally impossible.

Great holiday but very poor on the food side of things and caravan not as clean as it should have been
