Guests that stayed at this property said

There is no specific mention of cleanliness in the reviews, so it is not possible to provide a score for this category.

The location is consistently lauded for its direct beach access, proximity to town, and the peaceful environment of Swanage. The only minor issue noted is the lack of off-road parking.

Guests find the house comfortable, mentioning the well-furnished rooms, comfortable beds, and great showers. The lounge and bedrooms are praised for their comfort and views.

The house is well-equipped with modern bathrooms, a pool table, and a paddle board. However, the mention of a mistake in the listing regarding off-road parking suggests a slight deduction.

While the host is described as responsive and welcoming, there is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category.

The location is amazing with access directly on to the beach. The house is well furnished and the bathrooms are modern with great showers. The beds are comfortable. Everything is decked out in a neutral palette which worked well. The boys loved the pool table and the paddle board. The morning sun on the outdoor space was amazing, it was very calm and peaceful. We just wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you to the owner for being available and friendly. Having never been to Swanage before we would love to re-visit.

The back garden gate opens across a path and on to the beach. No roads to cross. We were carrying cups of tea down to the beach. There is a walk direct from the house along the beach and up on to the headland and to the Old Harry Rocks. Takes about an hour. The site list of facilities says 'Off road parking'. This is a mistake. There is no off road parking. There is free parking in the roads around, but at busy times spaces can be tricky to find.
