The Barn at Swanage Farm, is located just outside the popular seaside town of Swanage. With it's interesting shops, bustling bars and lovely seaside restuarants. This comfortable and spacious three bedroom property comes with private parking and a fully enclosed garden with garden furniture. The property is set within the grounds of Swanage Farm and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and plenty of enjoyable walks. Local attractions such as Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum and Weymouth Sealife Centre are all within a car ride.
Size: Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms.
Beds: 1 x Super King (Zip n link to twin on request) 1 x King and 2 x single bunk beds for children.
Rooms: Open plan Living/dining/kitchen are with Trifold doors to garden. 1 bedroom on the ground floor with family bath room and two bedrooms on second floor with shower rooom.
Kitchen and Utilities: Electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, freestanding fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Entertainment: Smart TV.
Outside: Garden and Patio with outdoor seating area.
Parking: Private parking with Carport for two cars.

Notes: There is no travel cot provided, however guests can bring their own. The property is next to a working farm, and tractors do use the lane running behind the property.
