The location was very good with easy access to the town and seafront. There was the added bonus of a designated car parking space. We would reiterate what so many other guests have said before about there being only one set of keys. The information provided was very much out of date, especially for appliances; several instruction manuals referred to appliances which had obviously been replaced.There were instructions for used linen obviously dating back to Covid measures which could not be fulfilled. It would have been helpful to have been told that it was possible to stop outside the office to collect the keys. Finally, a 9am check out seems somewhat unreasonable. We always stay in self catering and have never encountered this before in over 30 years.
