We had a lovely holiday, the only real negative was the beds. The mattresses were very soft and each person only had one very thin pillow. We can understand that some people like a softer mattress, but the guest book is full of comments complaining about the mattresses. So I’d like to think you would take the feedback and do something about it.

The property was in a convenient location and was clean comfortable and well equipped as described in the property information at the time of booking. The booking and payment process was straightforward and there were no unpleasant or unexpected surprises!
