Our second visit and we love it.Ideal holiday venue if you have dogs as the big garden is well fenced and safe even for the escape artist that is our Lakeland terrier.Near enough to Shaftsbury for shops etc but not too close so we could avoid fireworks which the dog is frightened of.Peter, the owner,is the perfect host.Very generous with treats,time and information .Perhaps a little sign by the entrance would be a help as we went out one evening and struggled finding the entrance when we came back to Doggy Dell when it was very dark.

A comfortable, well equipped dog themed caravan in a lovely location with goodies for us and our dog Freda on arrival. Our dog loved the large secure garden with plenty of squirrels and she was fascinated with the three shy alpacas in the adjacent paddock. The free range eggs from the chickens in their paddock were very tasty. The charming owner Peter checked in on us to ensure that we had everything we needed. We hope to return next year.
