Applehay Studio is set in the middle of a traditional picturesque village green on the Dorset/Wiltshire border it s surrounded by many acres of common land with walks & cycling from the door. It s comfortable stylishly furnished and maintained with great care an ideal rural self-catering retreat. br / br / br / br / The Studio offers the benefit of long or short stays as there are no set changeover days.

It s fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a rural escape the price includes tea coffee and milk available throughout your stay plus a complimentary bowl of fruit.

All bedding towels tea towels kitchen cloths toilet rolls etc. etc. are provided.

Home from home we are told! Parking is free and directly in-front of the Studio and wi-fi is also available free of charge. br / br / br / br / It has an internal mezzanine with a spiral staircase giving an open plan living accommodation. It will sleep four people but comfortably two it is not suitable for children under 8 yrs or pets. Also due to the spiral staircase and low ceiling height upstairs it is not suitable for people with mobility problems. No smoking. br / br / br / br / There s an excellent village shop and cafe a few meters away where you can buy freshly cooked croissants for breakfast and any other provisions you may require. Also there is a pub across the village green and many other eating establishments within a 10 minute drive.

Directions to Applehay Studio

Head along the A350 towards Shaftesbury leaving the A303 behind you.

A few miles along take the left hand turning signposted Semley and Wardour Castle.

Keep going into Semley village past village pub on left round sharp right hand bend and Applehay studio is the first right hand driveway.
