"Stayed in rock barn for a week with 7 members of my family and 2 dogs. The outside had plenty of character. Once inside it was open plan and very contemporary with a great tv room which the wife's used when the blokes watched the football. Made good use of the pool table. Kitchen was fully equipped for large groups. All the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. No problems with any of the bathrooms or plumbing. Hot water every time. Rear garden mainly to grass which is two levels with steep slopes. Good for children to roll down but not for unsteady adults. The location is peaceful which was great. No little shop or pub nearby to walk too due to the seven stars pub closed sometime ago. So do need to drive to nearest pub and their is plenty of them.Nice dog walks down the lanes. During our week we had rain every day but we still enjoyed our holiday and it was a great break away. 25/06/16 to 02/07/16"

"Rock Barn is stunning with a real wow factor. We'd recommend it again for groups of friends or families with older children. We have 4 small children aged 2, 3, 4, 6 and whilst the barn and gardens were great for running around, it was very noisy as its all open plan with only one door between 4 bedrooms and the living space. Having said that we loved the real fire, well equipped kitchen, pool table and little snug."
