Carefully and lovingly created from a former barn, it is now a wonderful space for families and friends to relax. From the main drive, your own gravelled stretch swings up to planted terraces and good-sized lawn. To one side of the cottage, a peaceful terrace (table/chairs) with views over the village and surrounding countryside. 

Four steps up to beautiful open-plan living/dining/kitchen (TV), all in muted tones, with woodburner at one end and beautiful fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and range cooker at the other. Double bedroom (5’ bed) with TV and smart en suite shower-room (suite). Stairs lead down, beyond the original swede-shute, to two more bedrooms with TV – a double with en suite shower-room (suite), and a large family room with twin beds plus day bed and pull out single bed. Smart bathroom (suite with separate shower). Utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and sink. A well-thought-out modern place to stay in beautiful countryside and within easy reach of both the moor and the coast.

    "The holiday property was well situated in the middle of Devon. We explored Devon in every direction. The accommodation was first class, everything you need for two weeks self-catering holiday. We felt at home by the time we had unpacked. As we had one disabled person the layout was perfect having one bedroom on the same floor as the open plan kitchen dining and lounge. The owners were only to pleased to make our stay the best even to buying a new duvet as my daughter is allergic to down duvet. I would recommend this holiday property to anyone looking somewhere with lots of room and everything you need for a wonderful holiday. We would defiantly stay here again. Regards The Wood Family. "
