… a classic thatched cottage in an attractive row by the churchyard in Drewsteignton; small, sunny front patio (table/benches) and small, paved, enclosed back garden (table/chairs, parasol) with low-level lighting and water feature (removed in winter).
Comfortable living room with low oak beams, open fire in inglenook fireplace (logs included), TV/DVD/video; fitted kitchen/dining room (slimline dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, fridge-freezer); bathroom (suite with separate shower); boiler/drying room. Upstairs (steep, handrail, stairgates), two pretty bedrooms, both with TV/DVD and washbasin – a double, and a twin, comfortably furnished. Separate loo. A cosy, well-equipped cottage, much appreciated by all visitors.
