Beautifully decorated cottage with everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable stay. We were delighted to find it was even better than we had seen in the photos! A lot of thought has gone into making this the perfect place for a holiday or short break. Excellent location for exploring Dartmoor and the wider area. We would love to return!

Superbly equipped and excellently presented 2-bedroom house with straight and level parking for 2 motorbikes (my mate and I were spending 4 days in Devon/ Cornwall). Excellent breakfast available from the village store/ cafe and evening meals in the pub (Taw River Inn; we did not try The Devonshire Inn). Very welcoming locals in the pub - we enjoyed talking with them all every night we visited (4 nights); in fact the whole village was very welcoming. I would certainly recommend this property and location for those looking to be close enough to Devon's attractions and happy to drive to get to them.
