For those who enjoy beaches and water sports, these can be found just a short drive away either in Bude or along the beautifully rugged North Devon coast, famed for its sand and surf, and providing access to the South West Coast Path. Nearby Meldon Reservoir and Roadford Lakes, offer fishing and beautiful walks whilst other attractions and places of interest nearby include RHS Rosemoor, Dartington Crystal and Tapeley Park.

Step inside this pretty, detached property which is situated on a peaceful country lane, and you will find the accommodation conveniently laid out all on one-level. The studio style arrangement incorporates an open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining/sleeping area, all fabulously spacious and light; a perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring. There is an upright piano available for guests to enjoy in the lounge area, which also boasts a Smart TV and cosy seating. Adjacent to the lounge is a compact, well-equipped kitchen area which offers an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. Leisurely meals can be enjoyed around the dining table, and completing the offering inside the property is the cosy bedroom area with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower and WC.

Venturing outside, a wildlife pond and generously proportioned area of lawn, presented with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ, has been provided for your relaxation and enjoyment. There is also a further seating area where you can soak up the far reaching views and enjoy a morning coffee or evening sundowner. Further to this, there is an enclosed paddock where guests can exercise their dogs. Guests are also welcome to explore the rest of the land, visit the alpacas, chickens and watch the horses which are often in the neighbouring fields. A covered cycle storage area is also provided directly outside. Guests can also enjoy the option of booking a sauna nearby, which includes access to a cold plunge pool and relaxing massage therapies.
