A delightful character property quietly situated in the pretty village of Parkham and just 5 miles from the spectacular North Devon Heritage Coastline. The front door of the cottage leads from a quiet country lane directly into a good sized character beamed living/dining room with electric fire in inglenook fireplace. A kitchen at the rear of the cottage opens out onto a small enclosed patio garden with table and chairs and BBQ. The first floor is accessed by carpeted stairs and offers two bedrooms, one with ensuite and further shower room.
