Sinbad Cottage is tucked away in the narrow cobbled lanes leading from the Quayside in the picturesque fishing village of Appledore.  Cosy and very comfortable throughout with an open plan ground floor living/dining/kitchen space and two bedrooms on the first floor. Ideal for couples and families. The village of Appledore has great charm with interesting art galleries, restaurants, chandlers, Post Office and several character pubs serving a good selection of food. Fresh fish may be purchased on the quay, and fishing and boat trips are easily arranged, in season. The two mile surf-washed Blue Flag sandy beach of Westward Ho! and the market town amenities of Bideford are each within a ten minute drive, with the historic fishing villages around Clovelly and miles of magnificent National Trust coast paths a short drive beyond. On the opposite side of the estuary the beach resort of Instow can be reached in the season by a small walk on ferry.
