This property has fantastic 180 degree, panoramic views over the Torridge estuary from both the lounge and the master bedroom.  However as the property has an elevated position on the estuary and two Juliette balconies it is not suitable for wheelchair users, those with mobility issues and young children. 

Due to the unusual historic nature of this property, all guests are asked to consider others and be mindful of excess noise in the building especially during night time hours. 

Smoking, vaping and the use of candles/tea lights are not permitted in the building.
