Rooms: Kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and family bathroom. t
Kitchen & utilities: Electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee machine with frother.
Entertainment: 42 inch Smart TV with Google Chromecast and Sonos sound system.
For families: Stairgate provided.
Outside: Fully enclosed and private Mediterranean style with limestone paving, south facing garden shed (contains washing machine) with storage and retractable washing line.
Parking; Available on the quay and in public car park close by.
General: Bed linen and towels are provided. (Please bring your own beach towels). No Smoking. Wifi available. Gas central heating.
Pets: 1 pet is accepted at an additional cost of £25 per week.

Salty Blue was well equipped with beautiful crockery, kitchen equipment etc., we did find the Dyson main hoover part would not click in so made carpet cleaning difficult, I think someone not used to a Dyson cleaner had maybe forced it, we found the central heating was a bit erratic and wonder if it was controlled remotely from an I.phone. Overall it did not spoil our stay at all, thoroughly enjoyed the position, garden, shower was excellent, extremely comfortable bed & sofas. If we return to Appledore would certainly stay there again.

The cottage is lovely. We have stayed a couple of times before. I will say it is getting just a little tired. Especially the windows. Need a good clean around the frames. Difficult to keep as clean as I like to be when there given the hoover and no mop for the floor. The fridge is incredibly small. Always has been. It’s the same one. Unfortunately it now freezes any food that is near the back so all my salad and veg went into the compost in the garden. No iron. Nowhere to dry anything if it rains, which it did, a lot. Could do with more dishes to cook in. We ended up eating out a lot more so spent a small fortune. Otherwise per usual we loved Appledore and had a great time. We have happy memories in Salty Blue.
