This second floor apartment is located in the heart of Appledore with its historic harbour and many shops, pubs and restaurants. There are also many other places to visit in the area that can be reached by car. The market town of Bideford is popular with holidaymakers and is also home to the Oldenburg passenger ferry that makes daily trips to Lundy Island. Surfers and sunbathers can discover the sandy beaches at Instow and Westward Ho!, and both walkers and cyclists can follow the Tarka Trail as it winds its way through North Devon. There are also several local attractions such as the Milky Way, the Big Sheep and Dartington Crystal that make a great family day out.

Inside the apartment, there is a cosy lounge/diner furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchair, and features a TV, as well as an electric real-effect fire. The dining area has a dining table and seating for four people.
