Here you will not only be within easy reach of the hidden coves, cliff top walks and sandy surfing beaches of Bude (12.5 miles) but also just a short drive from the breathtaking scenery of Dartmoor (23 miles). The area surrounding the property offers traditional towns and villages with an array of shops and local pubs but travel a little further and you will discover a whole range of attractions. These include water sports at Roadford Lake, horse riding, golf, Bude Canal, Bude Leisure Centre, Launceston Steam Railway, The Milky Way, and the cobbled village of Clovelly all within 18.5 mile radius. This comfortable lodge has been thoughtfully finished to provide a welcoming base, set all on one level. The spacious, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner offers a delightful living area, equipped with everything you could need for your holiday. In the kitchen you will find an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, while the living space offers a comfortable corner sofa which can be transformed into a bed if the bed make up does not suit. There is a good size dining room table and seating, a perfect spot to enjoy a tasty meal after a day out exploring the local area. Relax on the sofa in front of the wall mounted Smart TV to enjoy your favourite shows in the evenings. Head through to the two bedrooms both of which also have TVs, one having a king size bed with French doors opening out onto the outside space and seating area. The other bedroom has a double bed. The shower room completes the accommodation with a shower and WC. Step outside into the enclosed courtyard with ponds and enjoy your morning coffee sitting at the undercover table and chairs. The property also benefits from a gas BBQ, ideal for alfresco meals then a separate lounge set for relaxing evening drinks. The grounds of this property allow you to enjoy the outside as much as the accommodation. There is off road parking for three cars.
