This property enjoys a tranquil rural location, just five miles from the market town of Holsworthy. With its weekly market, and range of shops and tearooms, as well as a traditional cattle market, the town is a fine example of a quintessential Devonshire town. Twelve miles to the south of the farm, the Cornish resort town of Bude, has a number of sandy beaches, a tidal pool, and a mini golf course, as well as a choice of eateries. A little further away, but still within easy access, the coastal towns of Tintagel and Boscastle both make great places for interesting day trips. Doors from the lounge area lead out to the property s private patio, with its BBQ and seating, providing guests with a relaxing place from which to enjoy the farm s peaceful surroundings. The shared lawn is just beyond the patio, giving guests an additional space in which to relax or play games.
